PASTOR FOR PASTOR PROGRAMPastor: Participant

Presenter: Mrs. McNamara, Union Theological SeminaryThe Million Member Assembly (MMA) has created the “Pastor for Pastor Program” as an inter-faith and multiracial religious educational and professional development training program. Its purpose is to deliver relevant pastoral training and conferences to enhance the leadership of pastors, seminarians, ministers, lay persons, and clergy.

The “Pastor for Pastor Program” offers innovative and focused spiritual guidance and pastoral support required to meet the diverse challenges facing clergy and religion in the present day. The program is designed to facilitate communication among clergy and religious leaders of different backgrounds, religious traditions, denominations and ministries. The vision of the Program is to remove ecclesiastic barriers between clergy and the public at large by incorporating the participation of church members, deacon, deaconesses, lay person and youth during religious process and pastoral conventions.
