HOMELESS PROGRAMS IN THE US
MMA Homeless initiative is now 20 years old. And, for the past two decades delegates and partners of the Million Member Assembly have played a leading role in advocacy campaigns against homelessness in America. Our mutual and Evangelical efforts on behalf of homeless families, minorities and immigrants in United States have resulted to funding support for
Housing rental assistance for working homeless households
Finding medical assistance for homeless people living with mental illness
Arranging transitional shelter for single parents
Garnering public support for our homeless program.
MMA Society Support Program for Homeless
MMA Society Support Program for Homeless in the US is supported by Christian artists, musicians and gospel groups and provides daily assistance to affected men, women, and children annually.
At MMA, we are dedicated giving care and love to our brothers and sisters in needs. We do that by providing sufficient food, decent shelter, temporary housing and affordable lodging to any person in need of theses services. We are also dedicated to helping them find jobs and skilled training.
MMA provides vital services to homeless individuals and families. With ongoing assistance from artists, musicians, gospel groups, local partners, evangelical missions, delegates, members, and philanthropists, MMA Society Support Program helps the homeless regain their dignity and independence by developing educational and employment projects leading to GED, Literacy, Job Search, Job Placement, and entrepreneurship.
We have advocated on behalf of the homeless population through litigation, public education and our program's goals are to engage homeless people, stabilize them, and transition them to self-reliance.
